The trouble is, it is nearly impossible to recognise when we are a little out of alignment. To keep you safe, your brain tell you that you are 'straight' when in actuality, you have embodied tension patterns that have positioned you into a crooked, twisted or off to one side state. (This applies physically and to mental/emotional patterns.)
This crookedness, over time, creates compensation patterns which, in turn, create pain, tension and a feeling of being stuck. It is hard to see our own patterns beneath the issues/stress/pain without outside eyes and support. (This is what Aligned 2.0 gives you!)

Aligned Being is your Masterclass
Each program month is structured around a topic/ theme. This theme will be introduced in a masterclass & cascade into all calls / classes / practices that month.
Your body is the vehicle through which you experience your life. (Your body gives your ability to see, smell, feel, taste, touch all that is around you.) Your body is also a mirror that reflects your state of mind (your thoughts or mental stress) and heart (your feelings & emotional stress) in specific physical tension patterns.
Short term tension patterns can often be resolved. However, long-term stress (even when low-grade) produces chronic tension patterns in your body. These cannot be easily resolved because they are hidden! Everyone has these patterns. Why? Unfortunately, we all know that modern-day living puts us all in a state of long-term chronic stress.
In an effort to protect & support you, when you are in chronic stress, your helpful brain moves these tension patterns into your subconscious. You will no longer be aware of the tension pattern - even though you feel it's effects! (pain, stress, anxiety, stuckness, etc!)
Why is this? Mirrors are two-way vehicles. Your physical tension patterns create tension in your mind, your emotions & your way of being.
Everyday, you will be operating from this place: feeling stuck, anxious, struggling to sleeping, or have patience in your relationships. You will try to create change in your life and feel like you fail each time. No matter which technique you try (meditation, affirmations, breathwork, journalling, stretching, yoga), your results are minimal, slow and short-term.
Align Body Align Being uses simple Somatic Movement as a way to quickly, easily and powerfully dissolve these tension patterns. Within just a few minutes, you will feel calmer, grounded, balanced and aligned in mind & emotions. Somatic movement is not exercise or stretching. Instead, it is a tool that accesses your brain & your nervous system. It enables you to move your tension patterns back into your consciousness where you can soften and eliminate them.
Then it becomes possible for you to step into a place of creation to transform your body, your being, your life & your business.

Align Practice Experience
This 60 minute live, online experience guides you into embodying our monthly theme through simple, powerful practices that create transformation & alignment on all levels of your being: body, mind, heart & spirit. Each monthly practice might include any or all of the following: Somatic Movement, breath work, guided relaxation / meditation, journalling, guided yoga Nidra and other transformative practices / techniques. You will experience deep relaxation, inner calm & connection from which you can create & transform your being in your day-to-day. Offered 1 x per month.
Depending on where you are on your journey, and your priorities, you can opt to begin with just one of these programs, or combine all three together for maximum transformation at a significant savings.
Do I need to be experienced in Somatic Movement?
No. Somatic movement is gentle & accessible to everyone. That said, experiencing 1:1 Somatic work with Denise can accelerate your body awareness and help you to uncover & dissolve your hidden tension patterns more quickly. If you join Align Body, look for your invitation to book a 1:1 session at a special price.

Do I need to attend every class or call live?
No all classes / calls will be recorded and made available for that week. Denise encourages you to repeat the classes and rewatch the calls. You might be surprised how much transformation comes from practices of little and often!
Do I need any special equipment?
No, though some people prefer to have a yoga (or 2) mat on the floor for Somatic work. It is also helpful to have a folded up towel and/or a belt handy - particularly in the beginning when working with tight tension patterns.
